About me and how LadyBoss created?

A creative thinker, problem solver, adventurous, furmom, animal advocate, and nonprofit volunteer. I love food, music, nature, travel, the outdoors, and animals. I thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment where I learn and expand my horizons. I am always looking to see the world from a different perspective and to become actively involved in change.​​

Hi, I'm Michelle! an independent registered professional freelancer with a Bachelor's degree in Business in Marketing Management. I have over 6 years of experience in corporate sales and marketing in the IT and E-commerce in various industries within Makati and BGC, Metro Manila, Philippines.

In 2020, I transitioned from corporate to freelancing world as a virtual assistant, specializing in e-commerce businesses and digital content marketing for the past 4 years.

In 2022-2023, I became a top-rated talent on Upwork.com, showcasing my commitment to quality and client satisfaction. After working for a year as a virtual assistant for an e-commerce business, project management, taking on various projects on Upwork, and working with direct clients based in the USA, I decided to create my own portfolio website to showcase my achievements and projects. The positive feedback from my clients was rewarding, and I am excited to showcase them, recognizing the hard work I have put in. I am proud of the journey I have taken.

I collaborated with business owners of different nationalities, especially female entrepreneurs (lady bosses ) too, around the world, who trusted me to work with them until I developed my own brand theme for my portfolio website, LadyBoss Creative! which is dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs globally.

The story of my brand as LadyBoss Creative:

In September 2021, I dedicated 3 months of decision making, planning, researching, and developing my own brand identity to reflect the theme of a powerful and confident woman. I named my brand LadyBoss Creative which is dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs globally.

I crafted my own LadyBoss logo and I developed web design using WIX, showcasing my work, my creations, and ability to design my web themes without need for coding.

My brand's theme colours I carefully curated: Pink represents, femininity, confidence and energy, white symbolizes efficiency and purity, gold signifies success and passion, and black conveys power and strength. Some well-established brands that use Black colour are Apple, Nike, The New York Times, and Sony.

I represent myself as a 'LadyBoss' - an enthusiastic and confident woman who gets the job done in every aspect of my life and work. As a virtual assistant, I consider myself a creative individual who embraces new opportunities and uplifts others.

LadyBoss Creative as my brand, to serve as my platform and portfolio, offering digital marketing, ecommerce business, consulting, and visual graphic design services for female entrepreneurs and other business owners, regardless of the size of their businesses. I have collaborated on business projects with companies in the USA, Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia.

I offer a wide range of design services, including digital templates, visual graphics, social media design, infographics, web design, checklists, book covers, ebooks, page designs, menu lists, business cards, flyers, brochures, presentations, branding, newsletters, and lead magnets specifically tailored for female coaches. I create marketing materials for marketing agencies, e-commerce businesses, and other types of businesses. My goal is to empower female entrepreneurs to enhance their businesses and make an impact in the digital world. I am committed to providing you with the necessary tools and resources to create a lasting impact. I am eager to help you create something exceptional.
